The rich umami of Japanese Black Wagyu beef and the sweetness of Agu pork fat are combined in a special broth made with Okinawan mozuku seaweed.Enjoy the meat thoroughly cooked, along with mozuku seaweed and vegetables, and finish off with handmade Okinawan soba noodles.
